Dinner Talk 2025: Advancing Sustainability and Aesthetics in Architecture

It’s a good idea to explain.
But it’s better to show

On August 29, 2025, at The Chocolate Factory Pattaya Sukhumvit, a Dinner Talk was hosted through the collaboration of DOBCL Co., Ltd., SURFACELAB, and the Eastern Architects Committee of the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA). The event aimed to foster knowledge exchange on innovative building materials and forward-looking concepts for advancing architectural practices with an emphasis on sustainability.

Two distinguished speakers shared their expertise:

  • Mr. Kiertinan Wijitprapai
    General Manager, DOBCL Co., Ltd.
Delivered a presentation on “Sustainability Construction and Material”, emphasizing approaches to utilizing building materials that meet modern industry requirements in terms of durability, performance, and environmental responsibility. His insights highlighted the path toward sustainable construction that balances economic growth with ecological preservation.
  • Ms. Suparat Pitikulnon
    Assistant Manager, SURFACELAB
Presented on “Refined by Surfacelab. Defined by Style”, showcasing how innovative laminates and surface materials can redefine architectural design. Her session underscored the role of advanced materials in integrating style, functionality, and creativity, elevating architectural expression and interior environments.

Beyond knowledge sharing, the Dinner Talk served as a professional networking platform for architects, designers, and construction stakeholders. The event marks a meaningful step toward positioning Thai architecture within the global arena—where sustainability, innovation, and aesthetic value converge to define the future of the built environment.
